When a homeowner submits a booking request through PumpSchedule and you complete the job, you pay a $25 referral fee. It's an honor system to start - you mark the job confirmed in your dashboard. We'll invoice you monthly for confirmed jobs. Pro tier members pay no per-job fee.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No contract, no commitment. The free tier has no monthly fee - you only pay when you get a confirmed job. Pro tier is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime with no penalty.

How are leads assigned when multiple pumpers serve the same county?

The homeowner sees all pumpers in their county and chooses who to contact. Verified Pro pumpers appear first in listings. When a homeowner clicks "Request a Quote," they select which company to contact - we don't send the lead to all pumpers at once.

Can I list my business in multiple counties?

Yes. When you sign up, list every county you serve. We'll show your listing to homeowners in all of those counties. There's no extra charge for covering multiple counties on either the free or Pro tier.

How do I get the Verified badge?

Verification is a manual review process. After you submit your listing, we may call your business phone to confirm you're a licensed septic professional in your state. Once verified, your listing gets a green "Verified" badge that increases homeowner trust and improves your placement in search results.
